1940's Santo Domingo Kewa Indian Pottery 8 3/4 Jar With Bird & Floral Designs
We are offering a vintage circa 1940's Santo Domingo Indian Pueblo Pottery Jar, hand decorated with repeat design of three stylized birds, each separated by a flowering plant. The hand thrown vessel sits a little askew as made, the colorful decoration is striking and bold. Stands 8 3/4" high x 8" across in diameter with a 4 1/2 opening. In near mint condition, a few minute spots of wear barely worth mentioning but for accuracy's sake. Fresh out of an estate and offered here for the first time. No return unless items grossly misrepresented. We do not falsify claim forms.
