Large black pottery bowl by the famous Maria Martinez and her daughter in-law Santana Martinez from San Ildefonso pueblo. The pot measures 8 1/4 inches diameter x 6 inches high.

There are a few scattered scrapes, which are accentuated by the flash photography and are not noticeable when the piece is displayed. I assume these areas could be buffed out by a professional and look perfect, but I do not know and have not attempted anything. There are no cracks or repairs.
