Part of the old price tag still remains on bottom of the piece. This beautiful pot is from our private collection. We are at least the 2nd owner, the 2nd owner is unknown. We have owned this piece since 1984.A reddish-gold color is appearing from under the black slip and there are areas of abrasion of the surface of the slip. This is the condition in which we received the piece from a dealer back in October 1984. Carmelita Dunlap has now walked on (1925 - 1999). This pottery is unique with its shape and the addition of the Kiva Steps on the top rim. It is One of a Kind!
