Prehistoric Native American Mississippian pot

I have long collected Southwestern pottery but have no expertise at all in this kind of pottery. I think that most of the neck of the pot was restored but the main body seems original. I was told this type of pot was called a thumbprint design for rather obvious reasons.

As stated above, I think the neck is restored but that the main body is good for the most part. The pot is about 5 1/4 inches tall and 5 inches in diameter.
