The text gives a general introduction to the ceramic art of the Pueblo Indians of the southwestern United States, then concentrates on an overview of the pottery produced in the pueblos of Taos and Picuris, San Juan, Santa Clara, San Ildefonso, Tesuque, Cochiti, Santa Domingo and Santa Ana. A very rare with plates that are clean and suitable for framing.Ex libris from the Art Department of the Fort Worth Public Schools with corresponding markings on the portfolio cover and inside as well as on the back of each plate.
