Offered here is an original HOPI seed jar shaped Pottery bowl signed by DELAINE TOOTSIE. This is one of those pots that is simply a pleasure to hold.

Light tan with red/black design decorations; made in the form of a seed jar, it has great symbolism for seeds, abundance, prosperity, fertility, etc. Signed on the bottom Delaine Tootsie for Delaine or Dee Tootsie, Hopi, and the Roadrunner for her clan. Approximately 4 inches at widest diameter and 3 inches high. Please see pictures as part of description.

Originally owned by the famous Hopi Code Talker Rex Pooyouna, a member of the Hopi Tribe of Arizona who served as a code talker during WW2, died on October 23, 2010.
