This is a beautiful piece of hand-made pottery by Jennifer Sisneros of the Santa Clara Pueblo. Born in 1960, Jennifer is the daughter of Dominguita Sisneros Naranjo. She was formerly married to Tse-Pe and her work is influenced by his style.

This piece has been in a collection for many years. It features an avanyu or serpent design all around. It is finely polished black on black. It was hand coiled, pit fired and stone polished in traditional Native American style.

It has some blemishes in the polish and dings on the base. It stands approximately 3.75 inches tall and is 8 inches in diameter.
