Vintage Native American 2 Piece Pottery Bird Bowl with Lid Unsigned

Vintage Native American 2 piece pottery bowl with lid. I think it's supposed to be a bird/turkey but not 100% sure.

This unique bowl measures 7.5" long, 4.25" wide and stands approx. 3.25 tall with lid on. Overall it is in good condition with no cracks, breaks or repairs. It does have some wear on several areas of the paint and a few small chips. I've included pics of all these areas. Unfortunately I don't know much about this piece as it is unsigned except that it was part of my grandmother's collection. Please feel free to message me with any questions.
