This one is in Excellent Condition with No Chips No Cracks No Crazing, Very nice workmanship on this Native American pottery seed pot. It features drawings of faces, suns and other symbols on a red clay ground.
Virginia Gutierrez has not produced much pottery since the 1990s. She is cited in Pueblo Pottery Families by Peaster, Talking with the Clay , Pueblo Indian Pottery by Schaaf, and Southwestern Pottery: Anasazi to Zuni by Hayes & Blom. The base is signed V.
