Dimension: 5 3/4" wide X 6 3/8" high. Rim piece missing (see photo), likely from rim kill.

Otherwise intact, no crack or restoration. Excavated by Tom Simmons between 1965 and 1975. Original COA (Release and Disclosure) signed by Dace D. Bright and bold geometric painted patterns. A human figure with stylized face depicted on handle. A stylized face with diamond shaped eyes can be seen on body of pitcher immediately below the handle.
