The santa f e store. Native American Pottery, Acoma Hopi, Etched (Sgraffito) Black Pottery Seedpot. 3 1/2" Height x 5 1/4" Width. Here is a wonderful seed pot etched with various Katchinas including the Mudhead and Bears that are numerously etched around the lower half of the pottery. There is even a very strange thing to see on the side of the pottery and it's a "Bee". The nice thing about seed pots is that there is much more surface area for etchings. He puts a fine polish on his pots and uses basic colors of the rainbow on the large etched areas. Ergil is a member of the Hopi tribe and the Acoma pueblo.

Dalawepi means colors of the rainbow. This pottery was made in early 2000 and. Has never been owned by the public. The pottery is signed on the bottom "Dalawepi NM".
