He said it was Quapaw and rare. Polychrome paint on a tan slip found in S. I live in Mississippi and he said he bought from an old man in the 50's. Light, beautiful and has nibbles on lip and a probe hole on bottom.
Looks very old and worn from use I guess. He said it was used for water and the Quapaw painted pottery a lot of time.
